Exchange and Return Policies.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNING ITEMS.

Following the receipt of your item(s) you will have you have 14 calendar days to make a return should you be displeased or change your mind. Simply drop us an email stating whether you’re requesting an exchange or refund and your reason for doing so. Please do not send item(s) without giving us prior notice via email.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging and returned in the same condition that you received it in. We will not accept any responsibility for item(s) lost or damaged in transit when sending to us.

Please make sure to include the original packing slip in your return parcel.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning their item(s). Any import duties that may arise for shipping returned item(s) will need to be covered by the customer.

REFUNDS.

Once we receive your item(s) we will notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and then confirm the status of your refund upon inspecting the item(s).

You must notify us of your refund request via email with an explanation for your request.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) You will receive the credit within a certain amount day, depending on your card issuer’s policies

The amount refunded to you will be for the cost of the items ordered not including the shipping costs for the original order.

EXCHANGES.

Once we receive your item(s) we will notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and confirm the status of your exchange upon inspecting the item(s).

You must notify us of your exchanges request via email with an explanation for your request.

DAMAGED ITEMS.

If your items(s) arrive damaged or broken, please email us with photo evidence and your order information within 48hrs of receiving your parcel.
